Philosophy
Above all else, my number 1 philosophy is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing, especially for small businesses.
Each business has something that sets them apart from the pack. No matter what your differentiator is, there is a unique way to highlight your features and make sure that you are attracting the right people with the right message at the right time.
Through making data-informed choices and A/B testing, we will put the pieces of the puzzle together and identify the best possible way to approach your marketing.

Project Approach
STEP 1: Free Consultation
First, we will sit down and get to know each other a bit - whether it is over the phone, video call or a glass of wine - I want to understand you and your goals. We will talk about the ambitions you have for your business and the specific tactics that may or may not have worked well in the past, while I brainstorm some potential new strategies.

STEP 2: Build Custom Quote & Project Outline
Following our informational chat during the consultation, I will analyze all of your goals and compare them against my suite of services to determine the best course of action in moving forward. I will generate a fully custom project plan and marketing strategy, the costs associated with it, and what type of results you should expect to have.

We will meet again and I will quickly walk you through my thought process. Together, we will tweak and finesse the strategy to meet your unique needs.

STEP 3: Discovery Stage
Following the approval and signing of the plan agreement, I go through what I call the Discovery Stage. This is the necessary research I will conduct to fully understand your business, your product, the overall marketplace, and the competition. I will compare existing materials to ensure that we are really highlighting your differentiators.

All of my findings are compiled into a report that we will reference when generating content.
STEP 4: Access & Set-Up
Now that we are ready to get moving, I need to gain access to your current media (or help set it up if it is not yet active)! This is a relatively quick and painless process. The reason I choose to use your media as opposed to my own is because I believe in full transparency. I want you to see firsthand anything I am doing or scheduling on your account.

STEP 5: Content Development & Approvals
The fun begins! We've officially set up our strategy, compared ourselves to competitors and got all required access. At this point, we will come up with ideas for content. Whether you have a very specific, strong vision for content or if you need some inspiration, this will be a unique process. We will also go through two rounds of revisions if needed!

STEP 6: Implementation
Go time! Content is ready to be uploaded! Regardless of what type of content it is, it will be activated on its designated platform. Now we begin to study how it performs.

STEP 7: Performance Evaluation & Analysis
While I check on performance every day to ensure optimal results, I do also provide detailed weekly insights and monthly performance overviews for your records. We will review the key metrics, the strengths & weaknesses, and develop ideas for improvement.

STEP 8: Optimization
I do not believe there is any "failure" when it comes to marketing - I believe each ad or strategy has lessons to teach us. Even the "worst" performing ads are a win, because it gives us immensely valuable insight into what the audience prefers. We will learn something valuable each time we try something new, and every optimization we make will result in a better outcome.
